Die neue Website ist für Spieler gedacht, die immer noch auf ihr Geld warten. Eine Online-Petition soll Abhilfe schaffen. Diese Petition wird kommenden Dienstag bei der Anhörung der Alderney Gambling Control Commission in London vorgelegt. Ob dies jedoch Erfolg haben wird, ist zu bezweifeln, denn bisher haben gerade einmal knapp 500 Spieler sich auf die Liste gesetzt.
Die Seite selbst ist wie die Fulltiltpoker.com Seite aufgebaut. Mit wesentlich weniger Inhalt aber mit deutlicheren Worte. Während auf der FullTilt Seite immer noch das „System Update“ der Grund ist, warum man nicht in den Client kommt, verkündet Fulltilcsrewed.me: „…we apologise but the system is currently down… NO SHIT, SHERLOCK !! And would you like to advise your customers why?? ‚Jesus‘ won’t help you now, so sign our petition and ‚Like‘ to share with your friends on Facebook. Help us get back what is rightfully OURS!“
Die Petition selbst schreibt folgendes vor:
„We, the undersigned, demand that the Alderney Gambling Control Commission enforces it’s legal obligation to ensure it’s Licensee, Tiltware (trading as Full Tilt Poker), returns all player funds on deposit without further delay pursuant to the Alderney eGambling Regulations 2009.
Regulation 231 (3)
Subject to compliance with any lawful requirement to do otherwise, the Category 1 eGambling licensee shall, at the request of a registered customer, remit funds standing to the credit of that customer as directed by the customer —
(a) to an account with a financial institution in his name;
(b) to an account with an associate of the Category 1 eGambling licensee in his name; or
(c) by providing a non-negotiable instrument marked ―account payee made out in his name and forwarded to his address as recorded in accordance with regulation 227, pursuant to the terms and conditions governing the customer relationship and as set out in the Category 1 eGambling licensee’s approved internal control system.“
Bleibt abzuwarten, was am 26. Juli in London passiert. Seitens FullTilt gab es bisher immer noch keine konkreten Stellungnahmen und die angeblichen europäischen Investoren haben auch noch nicht von sich hören lassen.
