Im August 2013 entschied sich das PartyPoker Management dafür bei jeder Auszahlung eine Gebühr zu verrechnen. Diese sehr drastische Entscheidung um Kosten zu sparen wurde natürlich nicht sehr positiv in der Community aufgenommen. Wie jedoch gestern bekannt gegeben wurde, ist dies ab sofort Geschichte.
Spieler bei PartyPoker haben nun wieder die Möglichkeit aus einer Reihe von gratis Auszahlungsmethoden zu wählen. Ab sofort könnt ihr gratis auf folgende zugreifen: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Banküberweisung, Kalixa Pay, goplay prepaid MasterCard, ClickandBuy und paypal. Bei Skrill und Neteller wird nach wie vor eine Gebühr von 3% auf den Auszahlungsbetrag verrechnet, aber laut dem Director of Games bei PartyPoker Golan Shaked soll auch dies bald Geschichte sein:
„Listening to the players is central to our ongoing strategy. When we started our Poker for the People campaign, withdrawal fees and our loyalty store were the two hottest topics raised at our live player forums. Our poker team has been working hard and we’re really pleased to have addressed these two issues but there’s still work to be done. We want to be the online poker site that champions what players want and we’re up for the challenge of making our players’ experience the best it can be. We are now looking at ways to eliminate withdrawal fees from the small number of payment processors who currently charge a premium for their services.“
