Der €450+50 Main Event der Big Marvellous Poker Tour (BMPT) im King’s Resort in Rozvadov ist entschieden. Der Tscheche Josef Snejberg feierte den Sieg und kassierte satte €20.000 Prämie.
Die Zahlen zum BMPT Main Event können sich mehr als sehen lassen. Die Anzahl Entries wurde am dritten Starttag 1C auf insgesamt 567 hochgeschraubt, sodass €242.392 im Preispool lagen. Der wurde bei 161 bezahlten Plätzen ungewöhnlich flach ausgeschüttet.
Verantwortlich für die guten Zahlen waren die Pokerspieler aus Frankreich, die den Großteil des Teilnehmerfeldes ausmachten und gleich 105 der bezahlten Plätze belegten. Verwunderlich ist das letztlich nicht, denn mit dem zweifachen WSOP Bracelet-Gewinner Roger Hairebadian aka Big Roger hat einer der einflussreichsten und bekanntesten Pokerspieler Frankreichs das Event in Kooperation mit dem King’s organisiert.
Mit Stephane Dossetto schaffte es ein Franzose auch ins entscheidende Heads-up gegen Josef Snejberg. Obwohl es einen großen Preissprung von über €8.000 gab, konnten sich die beiden nicht auf einen Deal einigen, sodass Snejberg €20.000 abräumte und Runner-up Dossetto €11.692.
Und die deutschen Spieler? Die sind derzeit kaum existent im King’s Resort. Gerade einmal vier schafften den Sprung ins Geld, am besten lief es bei „Instacall’87“, der für Platz 15 €2.000 ausbezahlt bekam.
