Eyal Bensimhon gewinnt die Euro Poker Million im King’s

Zum großen Finale der Euro Poker Million im King’s Resort traten gestern 31 Spieler an und kämpften um den Löwenanteil des Preisgeldes von über €1,3 Millionen.

Ursprünglich waren 3.181 Entrys bei diesem Mammutturnier an den Start gegangen und hatten das gesamte Wochenende über für ein volles Haus gesorgt.

Als Chipleader ging der Slowake Stanislav Koleno in den Schlusstag, doch er musste sich als Sechster genauso vorzeitig verabschieden wie die letzten deutschen Spieler.

Der Österreicher Peter Gavril-Dorel schaffte es ins Heads-Up gegen den bestens bekannten Franzosen Eyal Bensimhon, der in Wien lebt.

Am Ende konnte sich Bensimhon durchsetzen und die Siegprämie von gut €210.000 sichern. Gavril-Dorel durfte sich über €113.800 und wie die restlichen Top Ten über ein WSOPE-Ticket freuen.
