Im Event #11 der World Series of Poker (WSOP) in den Paris und Horseshoe Casinos in Las Vegas wurde gestern der Sieger $1.500 Badugi ermittelt.
Zehn Spieler kamen für den Finaltag zurück und kämpften um den $129.676 Top-Preis und das goldene Bracelet.

Drei der verbleibenden Spieler waren bestehende Bracelet-Gewinner: David Prociak, Brandon Cantu und Matt Grapenthien, wobei der bekannteste Name wohl Brandon Cantu war.
Um 13:00 Uhr Ortszeit startete das Finale und nach nur einer Stunde verloren wir den ersten Spieler mit Joseph Wagganer ($8.253). Es ging relativ zügig weiter mit den Ausscheidungen von David Stamm, Laurent A Boublil und Yuya Murata und dann wurde es am offiziellen Finaltisch etwas ruhiger.
Auf Platz 6 musste dann tatsächlich Brandon Cantu den Hut nehmen ($19.330) und dann dauerte es zwei Stunden bevor wir den nächsten Spieler mit Tomasz Gluszk für $26.988 verloren. Nach weiteren drei Stunden ging Tobias Leknes an die Kasse, um seine $38.597 für den vierten Platz zu kassieren und direkt danach schied Edward Yam für $56.508 aus.
Im Heads-up traten nun David Prociak und Matt Grapenthien gegeneinander an, wobei ersterer fast neun Mal mehr Chips hatte. Letztendlich konnte er diesen Vorteil auch verwandeln und eliminierte Grapenthien auf Platz 2 ($84.650).
David Prociak gewann somit sein zweites Bracelet und $129,676.

139 Spieler kehrten bei diesem Turnier an die Tische zurück, darunter auch der glänzend platzierte Österreicher Hanh Tran.
Lange hielt er auch an Tag 2 seinen Stack, doch dann musste er sich als 16. mit einem Preisgeld von $6.548 verabschieden.
Danach ging das Turnier noch ein wenig weiter, bis nur noch zehn Spieler übrig waren.
Diese werden in der kommenden Nacht den neuen Champion und Bracelet-Gewinner küren.
In Führung liegt der Norweger Tobias Leknes, der 2,225 Millionen Chips sammeln konnte.
Der Sieger erhält neben dem Armband ein Preisgeld von $129.676.
